About Chloe Smith
Chloe Smith became a special education paraprofessional while working on her degree and graduated from Western Governor’s University. “From my experiences as a mentor for Youth for Christ and Big Brothers Big Sisters, I realized that teaching was my calling,” she said.
She feels her best quality as a teacher is her ability to relate. “Students are impacted by this because shared experiences bring people together,” she said. “It allows me as an educator to motivate, encourage and listen without judgement and truly understand who they are as a student.”
Favorite Performance Character Trait: Grit
“Life has been full of challenges and although at times I have felt like giving up, I’ve been determined to face them head on and conquer them,” she said.
