The 3-Step Process in More Detail

2022–2023 School Year

  • The open enrollment period for the 2022–2023 school year began on January 1, 2022.
  • Students will be offered a seat on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Enrollment is open to new students entering grades K–8 living in St. Cloud and the surrounding communities.

Athlos Academy holds an annual open enrollment period every year. Submitting an application makes your student eligible for a seat according to the school’s policy and state law; it does not guarantee your student a seat.

Athos Academy of St. Cloud is held accountable to all state enrollment laws. According to the school’s enrollment policy, all applications for enrollment will be subject to a lottery admissions process (See Student Policy 5102 for more information).

2021–2022 School Year

If you receive an enrollment offer, you have five business days to accept it before it is no longer valid. Keep an eye out for email notifications regarding this important deadline.

After you accept your offer, there is still a third step to assure your student’s seat is secured. In order for your student to be fully enrolled, you must fill out the online Student Registration Form provided in your offer email.

In addition to completing the registration form, you must turn in the following required registration documents: child’s birth certificate, child’s immunization records, and proof of Minnesota residency.
