About Amy Fautsch
Amy Fautsch’s professional trajectory is marked by dedication and progression. With 14 years of experience at St. Cloud Hospital as a CNA, followed by three years as an Endoscopy technician, she transitioned to the role of paraprofessional in 2020.
Her passion for teaching has led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education at WGU that she’s currently working towards. While pursuing her Bachelors degree, she serves as a Special Education Assistant teacher at Athlos Academy, embracing her love for teaching in her third year at the school.
Amy was captivated by the Athlos model for its focus on the overall well-being of the child, beyond just academics. Amy prioritizes making her students feel valued and ensures they are excited about learning. Her aim is to nurture her students’ self-esteem while providing them with an education. She is thrilled to witness her students’ growth, both intellectually and academically, throughout the academic year.
