Valerie Higgins

Valerie earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Education from Saint Mary’s University in Spring 2024. When she’s not in the classroom, she’s leading the way as a camp coordinator for an awesome outdoor kid’s camp during the summers. Beyond that, she has four years of experience coaching basketball, and she’s all about nurturing growth and development in her students and players.

Valerie’s top goal as an educator is to provide positive and meaningful learning experiences that help students reach their full potential. As an educator, she is excited about being a part of the Athlos family where she is able to foster the growth and development of students. She appreciates that the Athlos model has everyone working as a team to focus on the whole child with our three pillars to cultivate student potential.
