The PTA is designed to support the educators of Athlos Academy of St. Cloud in providing a positive educational experience for all students. We will accomplish this through volunteer coordination, fundraising, and the organization of family-oriented activities.
The goals of the PTA includes a group committed to establishing and maintaining a successful PTA and to make a difference in the lives of our students. This year, our PTA plans to be involved in organizing and implementing fundraisers to raise money for school uniforms for families in need, curriculum, and athletic and arts programming.
To become a PTA member, a membership fee of $10 per person or $18 per family will be collected. Members are given voting rights when it comes to budgets and events. Meetings and PTA-sponsored events will be listed in the calendar of events shown below.
Families are encouraged to donate 30 hours of their time each year in service to the school. This may include assisting a teacher with a project in his classroom, helping to set up for an evening or weekend event, participating on a committee, or helping to assemble project kits at home. There’s a lot to do, and we need you!
All parents or guardians of students are welcome at any meeting or event throughout the year. All meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at the school unless otherwise noted below. For more information, follow the PTA on Facebook.
